Booking fees
Due to the misuse of appointments that some people unfortunately make on these days, and because when an appointment is made, we allocate a doctor’s and/or other health professionals’ time to attend to a patient who later does not show up, does not notify, or cancels at the last minute, depriving other patients of being seen at that time, and causing financial damage to the company, since 01/01/2025, we have had to start charging booking fees for all appointments made.
These booking fees are non-refundable unless the patient cancels the previous day.
There are no exceptions for this policy.
